Located on the highest terrace of our estate, at490 meters altitude, L'Betty's Ortois a seasonal vegetable garden dedicated exclusively to vegetables.

The garden is cultivated in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons. Crops are grown in rotation, following what nature offers at its peak —cavolo nerotomatoes, cabbages and other seasonal vegetables —each one produces in small quantitiesand harvested at the moment of its finest expression.

Each harvest ishand-pickedthen transformed into pantry essentials, carefully crafted, guided by balance, accuracy and respect for the product.
