Tuscan Manifesto
There is a hidden valley between the Apuan Alps and the Apennines, a place where time seems to have slowed down,
where nature has never ceased to whisper.
This is the Garfagnana , nestled in the mountain ranges of Tuscany.
A territory that many have forgotten, but which has never forgotten those who loved it sincerely.
Here, silence still has a presence .
Here, the air carries the scents of the forest, wild honey, and olive must .
Here we have returned — young, yes, but animated by an ancient heart.
We chose to start again where others had given up. To plunge our hands back into the earth. To reopen abandoned beehives. To prune centuries-old olive trees. To shape beeswax as in the old days.
Not out of nostalgia. But out of loyalty . Out of resilience . A way of letting time take its course, and giving voice back to what has never ceased to exist.
