OUR STORY
Cultivate time. Share what truly matters.
What began as simply a way to stock our own pantry, through the cultivation of small seasonal crops, has gradually transformed into a more ambitious goal: to share authentic Tuscan flavors — and more broadly to celebrate Italian culinary art — beyond our own table.
Born from a visionary project by José Giannotti in 1986, that of creating a haven of communion between nature and authenticity reminding him of his childhood, the Nido dei Venti estate was, in its beginnings, imagined as a parenthesis of calm and tranquility where the family could find themselves in an element immersed in the rustic nature of Tuscany.
Nido dei Venti was born from an intimate connection with the land, time, and the right techniques. A simple, patient approach, guided by respect for the seasons and traditional skills.
Today, through IL NIDO Surl , we select, import, and offer food and beverage products made either on our estate in Italy or by a deliberately limited circle of trusted producers. Each partner is chosen for their integrity, the precision of their work, and their respect for the land—essential values that define the sustainable spirit of Italian gastronomy.
Our collections take shape in small batches, without compromising on quality or origin. Products designed to naturally find their place in everyday life, as well as in moments of sharing.
Our mission is simple:
selecting products and ingredients guided by an essential conviction — happiness is cultivated and shared.
" As is often the case, the best ideas are born around a good table — Nido dei Venti was born from this desire to share the love of Italian cuisine with tables around the world."
With an extensive network of carefully selected artisans of taste , in order to offer the best of each origin, respecting local know-how and traditions.
Nido dei Venti is founded on essential values — generosity , attention to detail and the pleasure of putting authentic products on the table — celebrating the true spirit of Italian culinary heritage.
