From our estate to your table. This monofloral honey comes from the nectar of the chestnut blossom, native to Garfagnana at the foot of the Apuan Alps. Dark and a beautiful deep amber, it reveals a complex profile with a dry and woody character, and a sweet and slightly bitter finish .
Rich in minerals — potassium, manganese, iron and calcium — this honey is also known for its high antioxidant content and antibacterial properties.
Ideally enjoyed on warm bread with fresh goat cheese. For a more unexpected twist, add a teaspoon to your coffee instead of sugar.
