Orto Di Betty
Following the natural calendar and seasons, the Orto of Betty is a 30 square meter plateau with a panoramic view over the mountain range. It is a dedicated area to grow vegetables of all sorts from local species like the delicious Tuscan kale known as “cavolo nero”, cherry tomatoes, garlic and salads of all kinds. Self-watered using a local source under the property.
