Garden-To-Table Experience
Our two orti—one for vegetables and the other for fruits—are divided by a small terrace and face the majestic La Pania di Corfino in the Parco dell’Orecchiella. Here we grow regional and heirloom varieties such as cavolo nero, sun-ripened tomatoes, and mele cotogne, the nearly forgotten quince. Each season offers its harvest of crisp greens, fragrant herbs, and mountain-warmed fruits, brought straight from garden to kitchen to reflect the land’s bounty.
